UNIQUE DESIGN – “Barbell Jack” Bar
One of our favourite models comes from a young Australian company called Barbell Jack.
For almost 2 years they worked with different groups of athlete, professionals, therapists and doctors to create a unique and highly effective product for lifting.
Unique and Smooth Hook and Pull System
Their deadlift jack uses leverage to make loading, offloading, and changing plates easier. The time and energy you save can be invested in your workout for maximum gains.
Reduce the Risk of Injury
Changing weight plates when the bar is on the floor can be time-consuming and difficult. It also puts you at risk of muscle strains that impact your health and performance.
Light and Portable
Advanced manufacturing and durable injection-moulded nylon and GF deliver strength and stability without being cumbersome. At just 980 g (2.16 lb) and just below 50cm (19 in) tall, it fits in your gym bag for workouts wherever. Ideal for 45cm (17.72 in) Standard Olympic Plates, hook and pull up to 250 kg (550 lb) each side.

CHEAPEST OPTION – Mini Deadlift Bar Jack
At less than half the size of the standard 42” Rogue Deadlift Bar Jack, this mini version gives athletes a more space-efficient, portable option for elevating a loaded bar off the floor.

Just prop the jack under one end of the bar, pull it back to elevate, then slide on more weight just like you would if the bar was racked. Repeat. Complete.
